Jazzercise Bucks & Oxon December Newsletter 2023
Another year nearly over! It’s been a very busy one and as always, a huge thank you to all of our loyal clients who have been filling our dance floors this year. We would not be here without you, and your support and joy mean the world to us. You are very much appreciated!
Thank you to everyone who took the time to fill in our survey. It was very informative, and we have taken on the ideas and suggestions where practical! If there is anything you wanted to discuss, but didn’t leave your name, please contact me. There were a few requests for more email communication, so a regular newsletter will now be sent. I will keep this seasonal so it’s not too intrusive or repetitive. The overwhelming response was that of huge gratitude and love for what we do. We plan to keep you fit and healthy for many years to come!
In order to do this we will need to make a small £5 price increase from February 2024, (you should have received an email – if not please let me know). We do everything we can to keep our running costs down and to absorb increases where we can, for as long as we can, the last rise was in September 2021.
The good news, however, is that we are going to add some extra classes to the timetable. There has been a great demand for more Lo classes, so we plan to add TWO to the schedule. Monday mornings 10.45am in Haddenham, and 10.45am in Chinnor on Wednesdays. Do not be fooled into thinking that this class is an easy option; heavier weights and more intensity make it a real strength workout, so add it to your schedule if the timing is good for you! We will also be moving the Monday 5.30pm Cardio 30 online class to Chinnor Village Hall to make it in person. It will still be livestreamed, so the loyal crew who regularly attend can still do so, but it should give more convenience. This will be followed by a 30 minute Stretch or Sculpt.
The timetable for December is attached. Click for the link. I’m writing this mid November, so things could alter, keep an eye on Punchpass and the weekly post on Facebook. Please keep booking your place in class. With the winter upon us, it’s a convenient way to contact you if we have staff sickness, a change of venue, odd parking requests, snow days, hall closures etc. If you have booked, I can email you and be sure the message has arrived.
Next year will hopefully bring the usual January rush. You are all our best advertisement, so if you have a friend who might like to attend, you can gift them a free trial class. If they sign up to membership, you will receive a little thank you gift. Email me for the ticket link, or just arrive 10 minutes early to class with them. There will be an attendance challenge in February – more details to follow nearer the time. Finally, another huge thank you from the whole team. We wish you and your families a very Merry Christmas and a happy, healthy 2024.
With all best wishes
Janey, Lucy, Sarah, Tania, Adele, Siew Yen and the Class Managers.
