October/November 2023

We are heading into winter and looking forward to the special events that come with this time of year. During October there's been a change of instructor at Haddenham Junior School as Janey takes over from Sadie and Lucy will be offering the speciality format Bodyweight Sculpt. We will be focusing on Breast Cancer Awareness Month - wear pink to class to show your support. Halloween will bring some themed classes from Lucy and Janey - or avoid the nonsense with Tania!

November will be fairly steady as we prepare for the busy season of Christmas. It's a good opportunity to get fit and strong to face the parties, food and drink!

Keep booking into classes, it's the time of year for winter bugs and odd cancellations for school productions etc. If you are booked we can guarantee getting any updates or information to you.
